Manick Care is a needs based provider of flexible and tailored domiciliary Care and support. We recognize people as individuals and offer choice and opportunity to enable them to live safely, fulfilled and as independently as possible.
We support individuals in maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life while receiving care in their own home. It focuses on assisting with daily activities that a person may struggle with due to age, disability, illness, or recovery from an injury.

Key Objectives of Personal Care in Domiciliary Care:
- Promote Independence: Support individuals in doing as much as they can for themselves. Encourage participation in daily activities rather than doing everything for them.
- Maintain Dignity and Respect: Provide care in a way that respects personal preferences, privacy, and cultural or religious beliefs.
- Ensure Personal Hygiene and Well-being: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with skincare, haircare, and oral hygiene.
